Janet utilizes her advanced understanding of high quality, ethical standards, and a good sense of business to enhance company growth. As a registered nurse, Janet organizes with precision and uses calculated planning as key fundamentals in the construction industry. DECO Group has been incorporated since 1991. Janet's committed to safety in the workplace being a proud MICCS participant.

Kirby South

Kirby is vice-president of DECO Group, Inc. He also has held the office of president for the Indianapolis Chapter of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, served three recent consecutive terms. Kirby is dedicated to the business through determination, hard work, and a strong referral base. Kirby directs an experienced and knowledgeable taskforce and works with highly skilled office and management staff. Kirby's vast and detailed estimating experience guaranties knowledgably pricing.

Klint South

Klint is currently the Business Development and has 15 years of experience in the field of professional coatings. Klint handles all of our training from on-the-job safety to sexual harassment. Klint specializes in the field of safety director and is OSHA certified. Recently Klint was awarded the 2006 PDCA Safety Certificate for his superior commitment to safety in the workplace. He also serves as a translator for DECO Group with expertise in ESL and SSL.

Klayton South

Klay, Director of Operations, has extensive experience of 12 years in the field of coatings and management. He is quality control minded and goal oriented utilizing the discipline and training he received as a recent combat Marine veteran. Klay's focus on "Chain of command" structure and organization ensures customer satisfaction. His enthusiasm and determination has earned him the "Top Achievement Award" in sales.

Laura, Office manager, is efficient in managing the daily operations of the office. She oversees the processes of comprehensive office procedure and policy.
