DECO Group encourages employee participation in the safety program through a Safety Incentive Program, paid OSHA training courses and weekly safety meetings. The Safety Incentive Program is a quarterly drawing for employees who achieve the following: zero injuries; zero disciplinary notices or safety infractions; and participation in safety meetings and/or scheduled training sessions.
DECO Group annually updates and refreshes the Safety Program through a designated joint employee-management Safety Committee to protect the safety and health of our employees. The committee’s goal is to stimulate employee interest in creating a safe workplace, communicate information to all employees, perform ongoing evaluations of the program, and assist the safety director and management in establishing/reviewing safety rules and procedures.
